Due to the density of the quality potting mix that we use for our vetiver grass plants and the humidity required for travel to their final destination, our packages are considered heavy for their size. We have designed our offers and their shipping costs around the popular Flat Rate boxes for continental USA, PR and USVI and Regional Rate boxes for some PR and USVI offerings. The boxes and the services are provided by the US Postal Service (USPS).
By using these boxes, we can deliver the plants in 2 - 3 days to all their destinations with tracking and insurance included at no additional cost. We have found this method to be the most cost-effective shipping option for all our customers.
For some of the larger packages that can not benefit from flat rate options, we give the customer a choice between Priority Mail (2-3 days) and Standard Post (7-10 days) at a lower cost. Special packaging provisions are made for the extended travel time and this option may be used when an urgent delivery of large orders is not required.

We provide a 30-day warranty period from the date that you receive your plants (as documented in the order tracking record). If you are not satisfied with your purchase before the end of that period, you may return the plants in any condition at your expense. and will receive a full refund of the price paid by you for the order. If the return does not include the full amount of the ordered plants, the refund will be pro-rated accordingly.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please use any USPS service for the return and obtain a tracking number for your package.
